A really fun trip with something for everyone - surf lessons, kayaking and two days at the Kennedy Space Center. We had a great time.

The Space and Surfing program for grand parents and their grandchild was informative and balanced. Although there were events that were of more interest to the teens such as surfing there were also those of more interest to adults such as the the Space Center since most of us older folks grew up in the space age and were delighted to actually see the rocket artifacts. The pace was great Ana there was free time. Highly recommended.

Between my husband and I, we have 7 grandchildren. We have now managed to take six of them on a different Road Scholar Intergenerational trip to match the interests of each grandchild. We enjoy the trips as we learn along with the grandchild and as there are other children for them to socialize with, there are other grandparents for us to do the same! We have enjoyed each trip and will be sad when the last one is completed!

Don’t miss this program if you are interested in Spaceships and Surfing. Kennedy Space Center is absolutely phenomenal… Lunch with the astronaut was very informative and delightful. Every child learned to surf …kayaking was peaceful and educational…Animal Show was hands on and full of great facts. I am a retired elementary school teacher and if I’m going to hear lectures and go on field trips…the benchmark is high… This program exceeded my expectations. THANK YOU. My grandson and I learned so much and had fabulous experiences. Margee Begley Pittsburgh
