After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
A Parental Consent Form is required for minors and should be returned at least 5 weeks before the program start. This form must be signed by ALL custodial parent(s) / legal guardian(s) of the minor. Parental Consent Form also MUST be completed in order for child to be permitted to participate. One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. Please also complete and return the attached Waivers at the end of this packet to participate in our surfing lessons and kayaking. This must be signed by a parent or guardian for participating children. Adults who wish to participate must also complete this form. Completed forms can be emailed to programadmin@roadscholar.org or mailed to Road Scholar, PO Box 56033, Boston, MA 02205. Please remember to fill out any and all health issues and/or dietary needs (adult and child), along with anything else we may need to know ahead of time so that we can better accommodate your stay with us! United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.

In order to make reservations, one must have flight number information and arrival time. Prices are based per car, not based on the number of participants. Town cars are for 3 or 4 people depending on luggage. It is a private service.

From Orlando International Airport to Best Western Cocoa Beach- Port Canaveral
From Jeff Fuqua Blvd, merge onto FL- 528 E, and continue for 42 miles. As FL-528 becomes Jimmy Buffett Mem Hwy, continue for 3.5 miles, then turn left onto Hendry Ave. Then take the next left onto Ocean Beach Blvd. The hotel will be on your left.
From I-95 South to Best Western Cocoa Beach- Port Canaveral
Take I-95 South to Exit 205 A-B. Then head east on FL-528 for approximately 12 miles, as FL-528 becomes Jimmy Buffett Mem Hwy. Continue for 3.5 miles, then turn left onto Hendry Ave. Then take the next left onto Ocean Beach Blvd. The hotel will be on your left.
From I-95 North to Best Western Cocoa Beach- Port Canaveral
Take I-95 North to exit 195 toward Rockledge. Immediately turn left onto FL-519 N/S Fiske Blvd and continue for 4 miles. Then turn right onto W King St/ FL-520 E. Continue for 8 miles as W King becomes Hubert Humphrey Causeway. Then take a left on N Atlantic Avenue. Turn right onto Hendry Ave, then take the next left onto Ocean Beach Blvd. The hotel will be on your left.
