Your program has been canceled. Now what?

We apologize that your upcoming program was canceled, and we hope to see you on another learning adventure before too long. We put together a list of Frequently Asked Questions to help guide you through what happens next.

 

You can get a refund, choose to transfer to any one of our thousands of learning adventures now, or keep your payment on file as a tuition credit for a future program.  

We encourage you to take as much time as you need to review the options above and discuss them if you have a travel companion. If you decide you’d like to transfer to another program, please call us at (800) 454-5768; Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (ET). 


If you’d prefer us to keep your tuition credit on file so you can decide on a new program later, simply email us at contact@roadscholar.org, and we’ll apply the tuition credit to your account on file. You will get a confirmation email from us once your tuition credit has been applied.

Explore our collection of programs, and when you've found one you like you can enroll on our website and use your tuition credit when making your payment online, or you can give us a call and we can apply your credit for you. 

Your tuition credit is fully refundable if at any time in the future you decide you do not want to travel with us again. Refunds must be processed over the phone, so if you require a refund, please call us at (800) 454-5768; Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (ET). If you choose a refund, we ask you to consider making a donation to not-for-profit Road Scholar to support our mission of lifelong learning. Why donate?

Your tuition credit can be applied to a new enrollment any time in the next three years. If you haven’t applied it within two years, we’ll reach out to help you find a learning adventure.

The cost of your Road Scholar Trip Protection Plan will automatically be refunded to your credit card by Aon Affinity, the plan administrator. When you re-enroll in another program, you will need to purchase a new plan for that new program.
