"New Ambassador Event" Form

Once you have the date, time and other details of an upcoming presentation or expo finalized, please complete this online form so we can collect all the details of your event. This helps us track the success of the program and allows us to automatically send you brochures two weeks before your event and apply your program credit after you've completed one.

PowerPoint Presentation

Use this PowerPoint slideshow as a visual during your presentation. You can find bulleted talking points below each slide.

We will keep this slideshow up to date with the latest information about Road Scholar and our programs, so please be sure you're checking back for each presentation to be sure you're using the most up-to-date version of the slideshow.

Arrive at your presentation venue early to get the slideshow set up. You can bring your laptop computer to the presentation or save the slideshow on a portable drive to take with you. Or simply email this link to the even organizer to pull up for you from their computer on site.

Can I make changes to the PowerPoint?
Yes, you can add slides with own photos from your trips to make it more personal. Or hide slides to make the presentation shorter if necessary. (The full version of the PowerPoint is about 30-45 minutes long.) Just can save the PowerPoint presentation from Google Drive to your computer by clicking on “File” and then “Download” and then “Microsoft PowerPoint.”
