We Make it Easy to Schedule Your Presentation
  1. Complete our online form.
  2. Allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to schedule and confirm an Ambassador for your presentation. Once we confirm the Ambassador’s availability, we will contact you with the volunteer’s name and email address.*
  3. Confirm the time, location, directions and presentation expectations with the Ambassador.

*Please note: Ambassador availability depends on location and date requested. We usually schedule Ambassador presentations 3 to 4 months in advance. However, some exceptions can be made for more immediate presentation requests.
