We will go to work matching you with an Ambassador in your area who is availbale on that date. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for us to schedule and confirm an Ambassador for your presentation.*
Once we confirm the Ambassador’s availability, we will connect you with the Ambassador via email.
You should confirm the time, location, directions, and presentation expectations with the Ambassador directly.
Please note:
*Ambassador availability depends on location and date requested. We also offer virtual presentations if we cannot locate an Ambassador in your area.
We usually schedule Ambassador presentations 3 to 4 months in advance. If your event is more than three months out and you need to confirm an Ambassador earlier, please make a note of that in your request form or email ambassadorprogram@roadscholar.org.
If your event is sooner than two weeks out, please call Emily Klapheke at: (978) 513-8588 and we will do what we can to accommodate your request.
