Fidelio Montes
Fidelio Montes, born and raised in Belize, would tag along on trips led by his father, and it was during his youth that he cultivated a passion for travel, group leading, and the great outdoors. In 2002, after graduating as valedictorian of his class, Fidelio followed in his father's footsteps in becoming a group leader. His main interests are archaeology, history, and birding. In 2017, he participated in the eBird list for Belize, finishing in 3rd place.

Rodolfo (Fito) Alvarado
Rodolfo "Fito" Alvarado is a certified Honduran expedition leader and an expert on the Maya site at Copán. In fact, he grew up near the ancient city and at 15 began earning money leading visitors through the ruins on the weekends. Fito studied industrial engineering at UNAH in Tegucigalpa, but he quickly realized he was happiest when working in Copán during college breaks. He dropped his engineering plans to pursue a career in educational travel and never looked back. Fito speaks English, Italian, and Spanish.
