Must be able to use stairs, often without handrails, in order to navigate field trip sites. Motor coach or bus transportation is used for field trips. Program includes three early morning domestic flights within Egypt. High temperatures expected; sun protection recommended. Due to pacing, terrain, and unavoidable use of stairs, mobility devices such as a walker, scooter, and wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on this program. Mostafa Abdel Aziz Anwar
Mostafa Abdel Aziz Anwar is a licensed Egyptologist who earned his first degree in 1984 from the Ain Shams University in Eastern languages and studies of the Middle East with a focus on Hebrew studies. He later obtained degrees in guidance and Egyptology from Helwan University in 1995 and 2002, respectively. Mostafa has led groups throughout Egypt for over two decades, and provided educational commentary on walking programs, cruises on the Nile, desert safaris and even camel-ride tours. He is an avid tennis fan.

Sarah Tarek is a seasoned licensed group leader based in Cairo with over 15 years of experience. Fluent in English and Arabic, she is passionate about sharing Egypt's rich history and culture with visitors. In her free time, Sarah enjoys reading, traveling, and immersing herself in music and movies.
Ashgan Mahmoud
Ashgan Mahmoud is a licensed Egyptian group leader and cultural heritage specialist with over three decades of experience. A graduate of the Faculty of Archaeology, Cairo University, with a postgraduate diploma in tourist guidance from Helwan University, she has led travelers through Egypt’s most iconic historical and archaeological sites. Ashgan has also led desert safaris and cultural explorations, offering unique insights into Egypt’s natural and cultural treasures. She is fluent in Arabic and English.
Ramzi Fleming
Ramzi Fleming is a travel professional in Jordan. He has worked full-time in the tourism industry, leading groups from diverse nationalities and organizing a variety of travel experiences across the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Fluent in Arabic and English, Ramzi also dedicates time to helping young adults improve their English skills. He holds a bachelor’s degree in management information systems and previously worked in banking before transitioning to tourism.
Amr Khatatbeh
Amr Khatatbeh is a group leader with a deep love for history, culture, and connecting with people. Trained as an electrical engineer, he later followed his true calling in travel, sharing the stories and heritage of his homeland. His trips go beyond sightseeing, offering immersive journeys filled with cultural exchange and meaningful conversations.
Malak Haress
Malak Haress is an Egyptologist and a graduate of the Faculty of Tourism and Hotels Management, Class of 1986, with more than three decades of professional experience. Her deep passion for ancient Egyptian history has enabled her to develop extensive knowledge of Egypt’s heritage and culture. Throughout her career, she has worked extensively in Egypt while also leading groups across various countries. Her professional approach combines academic expertise with practical leadership in the field.
Ibrahim Elwahsh
Ibrahim El Wahsh is a group leader with nearly 30 years of experience. He has worked with a wide range of international tour companies, including many from the United States. Fluent in both English and French, Ibrahim communicates effortlessly with guests from diverse cultural backgrounds. He is happily married and the proud father of four children who inspire his warm and family-centered approach to hospitality.
