Sameh Ali Ibrahim is a licenced guide with more than 20 years of experience. His interest in Egyptology began as a university student when he started his career by leading desert safaris across the Oasis of Siwa and the Oasis of the Western Desert in Egypt. Sameh is an avid bird watcher and enjoys riding and breeding horses, including pure Arabian breeds that come from the time of King Farouk. During his free time, he enjoys spends time with his wife and two sons.
With a bachelor's degree in tourism and guidance, Sameh Gohar's journey as an Egyptologist, group leader, and lecturer commenced in 1992. Throughout a prolific career, his passion for fostering relationships built on mutual respect has resonated with group participants worldwide. As a group leader, he has harnessed learning opportunities, honing analytical skills and delving into diverse cultural topics such as Egyptology and history. This expertise seamlessly transitioned into a fulfilling role as a lecturer, where, with autonomy, he passionately shares the unbiased glory of ancient Egyptian history, navigating cross-cultural dialogues with finesse. With an unwavering dedication to education and a profound love for his profession, he continues to inspire by bridging cultures and enlightening audiences on the wonders of ancient civilizations.
Mohamed Elhenawee, with over two decades of experience as a group leader, has dedicated his career to sharing the rich history of Egypt. Growing up near the pyramids, his fascination with Egypt's ancient past began in childhood and only deepened over time. He has led countless outings across the country and spent two years working on archaeological excavations. Inspired by early encounters with visitors through his uncle's work in hospitality, Mohamed developed a passion for understanding and sharing diverse cultures.
Safwat Gabr is an experienced Egyptologist with over 25 years of expertise leading groups throughout Egypt. Born in Alexandria and based in Cairo, he graduated from Alexandria University and pursued further studies in psychology, mass communication, and archaeology. Currently a Ph.D. student in Cairo University's Euro-Med Program, Safwat specializes in classic and special trips, and updating groups on the latest discoveries in Egypt. Safwat also lectures on Mediterranean culture and Egyptian civilization during overseas cruises.

Walking up to three miles per day over uneven terrain in hot conditions with little to no shade. Days are long and can include various hours standing. Stairs on this program are often uneven and without railings. This program includes two domestic flights within Egypt. This program is not suitable for participants using wheelchairs, scooters, walkers, or other mobility assistance devices.
