This was a sensational retreat! The variety of instructors and topics ranged from a Buddhist Nun leading meditation and very knowledgable community members sharing their knowledge. The vegetarian food was delicious. The chef shared his recipes which were surprisingly very easy to make. The setting was incredible. It was wonderful to be surrounded by nature and a staff who really want to help others discover their potential. There was the perfect amount of instruction with enough free time built in to hike and swim in the pool.

I learned new tools for coping to take better care of myself – moving energy to gain balance by practicing Qi Gong, different approaches to life’s struggles through Buddhist thinking, stress reducing meditation techniques, and healthy nutrition through vegetarian cuisine. Briege and the other participants were an integral part of my experience. It was an incredible group of women that I learned from, too.
