After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
General waiver form: Land of Medicine Buddha, the organization that is hosting this program, requires a signed liability release waiver from all program participants. This waiver will be included in the program preparatory materials participants will receive after enrolling in the program and must be returned prior to the program's commencement. ake Highway 1 southbound; exit at 41st Avenue. Turn left on 41st Ave. Right on Soquel Drive.Left on Main Street; stay on Main Street for another 3/4 mile; bear right on Glenhaven Road; take the first right, on Prescott Rd. Drive slowly on Prescott Rd. The road is narrow with pull in places if meeting oncoming cars. Go to the end of the road (1 mile) across the wooden bridge, turn left and follow the signs up the hill and a sharp right turn into Land of Medicine Buddha Parking lot. (If you arrive after 6:00 pm gate code: 1379)
