After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

General waiver form: Land of Medicine Buddha, the organization that is hosting this program, requires a signed liability release waiver from all program participants. This waiver will be included in the program preparatory materials participants will receive after enrolling in the program and must be returned prior to the program's commencement.
