Imagine refining your palate at legendary vineyards amid the beautiful rolling hills of the Italian countryside. Now imagine that those vineyards are home to galleries and exhibitions featuring the work of notable artists past and present. “Hospitality rooted in beauty” is an ethos that innovative Italian wineries are embracing, and you can see how they’re doing it on this journey through Tuscany, Lombardy and Veneto. Learn about the characteristics of different wines and regional grape varieties, explore how terroir impacts a wine’s quality and distinctiveness and appreciate how wines are inextricably linked to regional cuisine. Venture to the open-air contemporary art museum at Castello di Ama Winery, the “Artists for Frescobaldi” project at Tenuta di CastelGiocondo and other places that are memorably marrying art and wine. A soul-satisfying adventure in every respect.
Best of all, you'll...
  • Sample wines at curated tastings and explore the collections at four different vineyards.
  • Explore the historic cities of Siena and Verona — UNESCO World Heritage Sites — on expert-led walks.
  • Hone your cooking skills at a class in Castelfranco Veneto.
