Explore Maine’s beautiful coast and its hundreds of islands with your grandchild aboard the 95-foot windjammer “Angelique.” This swift and snug steel-and-wood sailing vessel serves as lodge, classroom and serene retreat. Departing from the beautiful town of Camden, “Angelique” drops anchor every evening in a picturesque harbor to let you and your young learner explore a historic village, a beach or tide pool, a lighthouse or an uninhabited island.
Activity Level
Outdoor: No Sweat
Hiking up to one mile over varied terrain if you choose on shore excursions. Must be able to navigate companionways on board ship, climb in/out of bunks, as well as seine boats for shore excursions.
