Walking up to 3 miles per day on city streets, cobblestones and gravel paths. Some stairs without railings. The Paris Métro will be used on some field trips.

General Notes

This program shares a chartered ship with other Road Scholar programs. Maximum of 75 participants on board, divided into smaller groups for activities. Current Events in Paris: Due to the fire at Notre Dame, the cathedral is closed to visitors. Road Scholar programs that visit île de la Cité will be able to see the outside of the cathedral, but we will not be able to go inside. Also, because of the ongoing “Yellow Jackets” protests in Paris, we may need to make last-minute changes to the itinerary to avoid visiting areas blocked by protesters.
