  • Witness one of the finest examples of Byzantine art from the fifth century at the Euphrasian Basilica in historic Porec.
  • Marvel at the waterfalls, cascades and crystal lakes of Plitvice Lakes National Park, as you explore the park on foot and on a short boat ride.

Activity Level
Keep the Pace
Walking up to 5 miles per day at a moderate pace of 2 mph over uneven, cobblestone streets. Program will require approximately 29 miles of walking over 14 days. Standing up to 2 hours per day. Must be able to use stairs, often without handrails. Portions of this program that are on a bus or motorcoach will include rest stops every 1.5-2 hours. Due to the pacing, unavoidable stairs, and many field trips that cannot be completed with certain mobility devices, wheelchairs, walkers, and scooters cannot be accommodated on this program. Must be physically capable of participating in all planned program activities.
