Advanced reservations required. 9 shuttles daily to/from Phoenix airport.Upon making the booking please be sure you understand the directions on where to meet the van at the Phoenix Sky Harbor airport. Please note that there are two La Quintas in Flagstaff. Road Scholar programs stays at Flagstaff La Quinta (West) located at 2015 S. Beulah Rd. Drop off/pick up at Flagstaff La Quinta (West) - available by advanced reservation only – ( extra charge each way for hotel drop/pick up, inquire when you make your reservation). Otherwise, drop/pick up is at Flagstaff Visitor Center/Amtrak; taxi extra charge.

Flagstaff Pulliam Airport provides air service to Phoenix via American Airlines. Several flights arrive and leave Pulliam Airport from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on a daily basis. CONCLUSION: On the final day of program the Road Scholar vans will depart Gallup New Mexico and drop off at the Flagstaff La Quinta (our starting hotel), the Flagstaff Pulliam Airport and the Flagstaff Visitor Center / Amtrak (Groome Transportation Terminal) by 10:30 AM. For connection to the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport from the Flagstaff Visitor Center / Amtrak contact Groome Transportation. Currently Groome Transportation has 9 shuttles a day between Flagstaff and the Phoenix Airport. IMPORTANT: BEFORE booking your flight please confirm Groome shuttle departure times from Flagstaff Visitor Center / Amtrak and arrival times at the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. Book your flight accordingly.

Flagstaff La Quinta from I-17

Travel north on I-17 until it ends, becoming Milton Road in Flagstaff, AZ. Turn left at the first stop light on Forest Meadows. Continue for quarter block to the next light on Beulah Blvd. Turn right on Beulah and drive for a quarter block. La Quinta is on the left, 2015 S. Beulah.

Flagstaff La Quinta From I-40

Take I-40 to Flagstaff, exit 195 north for Flagstaff and Grand Canyon. This puts you northbound on Milton Road. At the first stoplight, Forest Meadows, turn left. Left (west) on Forest Meadows for quarter block to next light, Beulah Blvd. Right (north) on Beulah for quarter block to La Quinta on left, 2015 S. Beulah.
