Athina Trigoni was born in Veroia, Greece, and currently lives in Thessaloniki. She has worked as a licensed travel educator for Greece since 1988 and has led groups all over the country, both on the mainland and the islands. During the past 30 years as a travel educator, she has led cultural heritage, academic, religious, and family programs. Athina enjoys her job very much because she loves sharing her knowledge about Greece as well as interacting and exchanging experiences with people.

When she is not working, Anastasia enjoys traveling, reading books, and spending as much time as she can with her friends and family.

Laura Giannola was born in London and has been speaking English almost from day one as her mother is British and her father is Greek. She also speaks fluent German. She grew up on the island of Corfu, where she finished her schooling and then continued onto the National School of Tourist Guides. She has completed courses at the Open University of Greece concerning the Greek Culture, has been accredited by the WFTGA National Trainer of Guides, and enjoys taking archaeological, historical, and photography courses.
