After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
Please indicate the name of your roommate/traveling companion via "Participant Information and Your Preferences" on your Road Scholar account. Also, let us know if you are traveling with other individuals and wish to be assigned a room near them. One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. This form must be completed 14 days prior to your program start date. If we do not receive your submission prior to this deadline, meals will be selected on your behalf by Road Scholar based on any dietary restrictions listed in your Personal Information and Preferences form. United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
