"On Your Feet" Participants must be able to climb a few flights of stairs, walk on city streets with steep inclines and rough terrain for up to one mile, and use public transportation. "Keep the Pace" Participants can expect to walk 2 miles through city streets and on cobblestone, and many stairs.
