After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

Sample waivers will be provided with the preparatory materials sent to participants after enrollment. Signed waivers for Wildlife and Photo Release are required by the Churchill Northern Studies Centre’s insurance provider for all participants. Participants will need to sign these waivers upon arrival at the Centre.

A passport is required for this program. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Start of Trip:  3:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 6:00 p.m. Welcome Dinner at hotel followed by Orientation.

Your trip ends on: Tuesday, February 2, 2027 in Winnipeg, MB at Courtyard by Marriott Winnipeg Airport

End of Trip: 9:00 a.m. after breakfast; 12:00 Noon hotel check-out.
