After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. This form must be completed least 14 days prior to your program start date. If pre-selected meals are not submitted before this deadline, meals will be selected on your behalf based on any dietary restrictions listed in your PIP. Meal selections cannot be changed after the 14-day deadline. On the Participant Information and Preferences, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/travel companion. Also let us know if you are traveling with other individuals and wish to be assigned a room near them. Please complete the form online at least three weeks in advance of the start of your program. When completing the Participant Information and Preferences, please note if you have any difficulty in climbing stairs as there are no elevators at the Dow Villa Historic Hotel in Lone Pine. Photo ID
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Road Scholar will provide group transfer from Stovepipe Wells to Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) on the final day of the program. Expect to arrive at LAS around 12:15 p.m., depending on traffic. We recommend booking flights no earlier than 3:30 p.m. If you would like to stay the night in Las Vegas, there are many hotels in the area which provide shuttles from the departure level of the airport.
