The tour of Rabat combines riding a bus between the various sites and walking in each site, as well as getting on and off bus multiple times. Archeological site of Chellah visit to ruins, old buildings, garden, a few ups and downs, and 5 to 6 stairs with no handrails. lecture is going to be in a conference room with air-conditioning, the lecture last for about 1:30 Sitting arrangements for the musical performance.

lecture is going to be in a conference room with air-conditioning, the lecture last for about 1:30 with a coffee break of 30 minutes in a panoramic terrace overlooking the medinas of Rabat & Salé, as well as the Atlantic Ocean

Field trip riding on the bus and getting off in Tanger in the Hercules Grottoes and Cap Spartel. The terrainis slippery and inclined in the grottoes and standing for 20 minutes. While standing in Cap Spartel for 10 minutes. Must be physically capable of participating in all planned program activities

Extensive walking during this morning's field trip in Tangier in hilly terrain and narrow streets for 2 to 3 hours. Stops standing several times. A few sitting possibilities on the way. Sitting arrangements for the musical performance.

The drive between Tanger & Ouazzane is 4.30 hour with two stops. In Ouazzane, expect hilly, rocky and slippery streets and paths, uneven stairs that need mindful attention with how you move your feet. We might arrange a ride to the private home where lunch, lecture and the live musical performance will take place for those with special needs. The drive between Ouazzane and Fes is 2:30 hours rest stops are included.

Bus leaves to Fes via Ouezzane Bus lecture 1 /discussion: Renewable Energies, Flood Resilience and Rural Life Bus lecture 2: Sainthood in Morocco, Spirituality and Sufism Field trip: - Ouezzane the Unwalled Sufi Sanctuary City - Q&A about Sufism, Islam, Women and the city of Ouezzane, once a village.

The field trips through Fes are divided in 3 parts 1 -hours each. Walking through crowded & narrow streets, filled with vendors, shoppers, and heavy foot and animal traffics. Lunch, monument visits and rest stops are embedded during the day. Must be physically capable of participating in all planned program activities. Demonstration of cooking, Participants can be transferred back to the hotel at any point during the field trip if desired.

Field Trip: Fes, the Authentic Oldest Medina of Morocco Hands-on: Shop your food in the local souks and cook it like a Moroccan!

Field trip on the bus: Casablanca, the Economical Capital of Morocco Known for its recent history, its colonial architecture, its art Deco style and the mix between traditional and modern life, Casablanca is often forgotten

Walk to the mosque from the bus, possibility of ride for the people with walking difficulties. The walking is in the mosque for the visit. A few stairs included.

Getting on/off a bus to gardens and museums. Walking and standing for under 45-min at slow pace through outdoor garden with winding paths, ½ hour at Berber Museum, 40-min. through YSL museum. Benches available throughout the garden; seating in onsite café. Standing in line to enter museum varies from 10 to 20 min. The Water museum has elevators to avoid steps
