Simplify your travel plans by taking the Road Scholar Transfer Shuttle, offering round trip transfer to the program from Boston Logan Airport via the Hilton Boston Logan Airport Hotel. On day one the shuttle will be departing from the Hilton Boston Logan Airport Hotel, (One Hotel Dr, Boston, MA 02128) at 1:30 p.m. for Concord. There will be a waiting room at the hotel starting at 12:00pm. On the last day of the program the shuttle will depart the Holiday Inn & Suites Pittsfield-Berkshires at 9:00 a.m. The shuttle will make two stops, first at the Residence Inn Concord and then at the Boston Logan International Airport. Please do not book flights before 2:00 p.m. due to traffic. Please plan personal travel accordingly. *Note: This transfer is only available to participants enrolled in Accommodation Level 1. Please call Road Scholar to make this arrangement.

From New York, NY and points Southwest of the Residence Inn Concord

From I-95 North take exit 27A for CT-25/CT-8 toward Trumbull/Waterbury. Take the CT-8 N exit toward CT-15 N/Waterbury/New Haven. Take exit 6 to merge onto CT-15 N/Merritt Pkwy toward CT-15. Take exit 65A to merge onto I-91 N toward CT-66 E/Hartford/Middletown. Merge onto I-84 E toward Boston. Merge onto I-90 E toward Boston/N.H. - Maine. Take exit 90 for I-290 E toward Worcester. take exit 32B to merge onto I-495 N toward Lowell. Take exit 78A-B to merge onto MA-2 E toward Boston. At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on MA-2 E. Turn right onto Baker Avenue Extension.
