After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
A picture ID (Passport, state issued ID or driver's license) will be required to board the vessel. If you prefer to have your passport with you, you are welcome to bring it. Cruise Line Terms and Conditions of Carriage: Road Scholar participants enrolling in this program are subject to American Cruise Line's terms and conditions of carriage, which include an assumption of risk agreement, waiver of liability, and other important information regarding your rights and obligations. Participants are therefore encouraged to carefully review them in advance of the program. If you have one, bring your America the Beautiful - National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass - Senior Pass (formally known as the Golden Age Passport).
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Uber, Lyft, and Wingz are available at the Portland International Airport, with a dedicated pick-up spot inside Level 1 of the Short-Term Parking garage instead of the main roadway. Book your ride on their app, and exit the baggage claim area on the lower level, following the signage at baggage claim towards the 'Transportation Plaza.' The parking garage columns are labeled with the pick-up location for each service provider (Uber, Lyft, or Wingz).

The Oxford Suites Downtown Spokane hotel offers an airport shuttle between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m for a $20 fee. Please visit the front desk with your departure flight information to reserve a spot on the airport shuttle. Please note that capacity on the shuttle may be limited.

Taxis are available at the airport. Exit baggage claim area on the lower level and walk to the third island (closest to the parking garage). Two local companies are Radio Cab (503-227-1212) and Broadway Cab (503-333-3333). If you need a taxi equipped to transport wheelchairs, contact Radio Cab (503-227-1212). Advance reservations are recommended for this service.

The Tri-Met Max/Light Rail can be found on the main level, beyond the Starbucks. The Red Line departs every 15 minutes. Instructions from the Airport MAX Station: 1) Purchase one ticket for each person in your traveling party. 2) Board MAX Red Line towards City Center & Beaverton TC. 3) Exit at Pioneer Courthouse Square North (on SW Morrison St.) 4) From SW Morrison St. turn right onto SW Broadway 5) Continue 3 blocks on SW Broadway. 6) The hotel will be on the left after crossing over SW Harvey Milk St. Visit www.trimet.org for fares and additional information.
