If you have not already done so, provide your personal information and indicate your preferences found on the Road Scholar website. Visit your upcoming trips in "My Account" at www.roadscholar.org to get started. On the Participant Information and Preferences Form, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/travel companion. United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Take Bus 2 from Tahquitz Canyon at Civic. After 10 minutes, you'll get off the bus at Tahquitz Canyon at Avn Caballeros. You will then walk 0.2 miles to the hotel by walking straight down towards Calle Avarado then you will make a left to the hotel.

Palm Springs Airport (PSP) to the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel
To get from Palm Springs Airport (PSP) to the Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel, you'll take a short drive, primarily on Highway 111 (Palm Canyon Drive). From the airport, head south on Gene Autry Trail and turn left onto Ramon Road. Then, turn right onto Palm Canyon Drive. The hotel will be on your right, just past Baristo Road. The total distance is approximately 3 miles and should take about 7-10 minutes depending on traffic. Detailed Directions: Exit the airport: Head south from the airport onto Gene Autry Trail. Turn left onto Ramon Road: Follow Gene Autry Trail until you reach Ramon Road and turn left. Turn right onto Palm Canyon Drive: Continue on Ramon Road and turn right onto Palm Canyon Drive (Highway 111). Arrive at the Renaissance: The Renaissance Palm Springs Hotel will be on your right, just past Baristo Road. Note: Parking at the hotel is available, and there are different rates depending on whether you park in the main lot, overflow lot, or if you have an oversized vehicle.
