After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
On the Personal Information and Preferences Form, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/traveling companion. Also let us know if you are traveling with other individuals and wish to be assigned a room near them.
A passport is required for this program. It must be valid for at least 6 months after your return date.

A modern cruise ship has many engineered devices to minimize ship motion and generally ship motion is minimal or non-existent. However, we do spend some time in the open Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Alaska so some motion is possible then. If you are prone to sea sickness check with your health provider to see what strategy might work best for you.
If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center in Seattle, WA
Start of Trip: 3:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 4:00 p.m. Program Registration followed by Welcome Dinner and Orientation.
Your trip ends on: Tuesday, July 14, 2026 in Seward, AK at Hotel Edgewater
End of Trip: 10:30 a.m.-12:00 Noon approximate arrival in Anchorage; 11:00 a.m. hotel check-out.
