After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
In order to be prepared for your upcoming program, we need to collect some additional information in advance. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. Please complete this form at least 30 days prior to the program start date. Road Scholar participants enrolling in this program are subject to HX Expedition’s terms and conditions of carriage, which include an assumption of risk agreement, waiver of liability, and other important information regarding your rights and obligations. Participants are therefore encouraged to carefully review them in advance of the program. A modern cruise ship has many engineered devices to minimize ship motion and generally ship motion is minimal or non-existent. However, we do spend some time in the open Pacific Ocean and the Gulf of Alaska so some motion is possible then. If you are prone to sea sickness check with your health provider to see what strategy might work best for you.
If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Start of Trip: 3:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 4:00 p.m. Program Registration followed by Welcome Dinner and Orientation.

End of Trip: 10:30 a.m.-12:00 Noon approximate arrival in Anchorage; 11:00 a.m. hotel check-out.
