I'd looked forward to this cruise for a year, and I was not disappointed--it was a wonderful experience! Road Scholar had the entire ship, which made the experience even more special. The excursions were diverse and well-organized, and the on-board lectures provided lots of interesting information. The Road Scholar staff, and the ship's crew, did everything possible to ensure we all had a great time.

My husband and I just returned from our latest Road Scholar Program: A Great Lakes Voyage: Chicago to Niagara Falls. This was our 30th Road Scholar adventure and it did not disappoint. We have been on several River Cruises with Road Scholar but did not know what to expect sailing on the Great Lakes with Victory Cruise Line, Victory 1. We loved it! We cannot say enough about the ship, Victory 1, and it's staff and crew! It was immaculate, the food was fantastic, especially the fact that they gave appropriate sized servings for older adults! Our wish was their command...We have never been on a cruise with any line where the staff was so accommodating, and cheerful. Wonderful trip in and around the Great Lakes. I definitely liked that we started in Chicago and ended in Toronto. Appreciated all the staff of Road Scholar and Victory to make it an enjoyable experience.
