After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. This form must be completed 14 days prior to your program start date. If we do not receive your submission prior to this deadline, meals will be selected on your behalf by Road Scholar based on any dietary restrictions listed in your Personal Information and Preferences form. Late submissions will not be accepted and meal selections cannot be changed after the 14-day deadline. Thank you for your understanding. Bring your America the Beautiful - National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass - Senior Pass (or Golden Age Passport as it was formerly known) if you have one.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

All rental car companies currently operating at Seattle-Tacoma Airport (SEA) operate at a separate rental car facility, with dedicated shuttle buses operating on a 24-hour-a-day schedule. Uber and Lyft are available at the Seattle-Tacoma International Airport. Riders can find the majority of app based rideshare pick-up areas in the middle of the 3rd floor of the on-site parking garage in the marked stall numbers 1 - 34 in the orange and purple sections of the garage. Follow Ride Share signage across the skybridges located a level below ticketing and a level above baggage claim and go down one level to the 3rd floor. Book your ride on the respective app for pickup. *This is the pickup location for all Lyft and UberX rides. Uber Black pickup is just outside of Baggage Claim.

You can download the Transit GO Ticket App or get a paper ticket at a kiosk. It is a 40-minute trip with 12 stops from SeaTac to Westlake Station. Tickets are only $3 for a one-way pass. If purchasing a ticket using the kiosk, make sure you 1.Select One way ticket 2.Pick Westlake Station 3.Take your printed ticket.
