I always wanted to check out the great art collections in and around LA--but who wants to rent a car and navigate in LA traffic? Road Scholar's Art Collectors and Their Collections program not only made getting around easy, it contributed multiple lectures that enriched the experience. We stayed in a cool and funky place, and great people showed up to share the experience with this solo traveller. I simply could not have done as well, logistically or financially, on my own. Highly recommended!

My trip to Los Angeles for the Art Collectors and Their Collections for Women was one of the best trips I have taken with Road Scholar. I have to give credit to our Tour Leader Nadine. She went above and beyond to make sure everyone was taken care of. I appreciated the extra info she sent out before the trip about transportation from LAX to the Biltmore if you were using Lyft or Uber. I had never been to Los Angeles and having that information helped once I arrived. Nadine was always upbeat and on top of things. Her warmth made me feel very welcome. It was also the nicest group of ladies I have ever had the pleasure to be on a tour with!

Having experienced many travel programs and seen many art museums, this program is one of the best adventures in the best of art and the related history of its key museum art collectors. Five stars from my experience.

Road Scholar Guide and Hotel staff (other than a chaotic Front Desk and billing process) were delightful. Lectures and sites exceeded expectations. Accommodations were lovely.
