Ride share can be easier than the hotel shuttle. You must have the application downloaded on your phone to be able to use the service. Pick-up is on the departure level. As of 2019, ride share pickup is on Level 5 of the airport's Domestic Garage, which is split into several zones. Your ride share app will direct you to a zone depending on your arrival terminal. Those arriving from outside of the country will be picked up curbside outside of the international terminal at the departures / ticketing level center island. Ride-App pick/up/drop off zones 14-17.
