If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Meet the group at Outdoor Lodge in Glen Sutton in Glen Sutton, QC
Start of Trip: 3:00 p.m. hotel check-in followed by Program Registration; 6:00 p.m. Welcome Dinner; 7:30 p.m. Orientation.
Getting to the site: A statement in the Air Transfers section relates purchasing your airfare through Road Scholar to your transfer to and from the program. This statement is standard language but does not apply here.
This program includes a complimentary shuttle, available to all participants from the Burlington International Airport (BTV) to the Lodge in Glen Sutton. This transfer is only available on the program's scheduled start date.
The shuttle departs promptly at 3:30 p.m. from BTV. Please be sure that your arrival flight time will not conflict with the shuttle departure. En route flight delays are common so please be certain to allow ample time to ensure your ride on the shuttle. The shuttle departs on time.
All participants must submit a shuttle information form requesting or declining the shuttle service.

Driving directions:
From Montreal Via Champlain Bridge/From the East:
Take Autoroute 10 to exit 68. Proceed to Cowansville on 139 South staying on 139 South, follow signs to Glen Sutton.
US - From East, South:
Leave Vermont Interstate 91 at Newport, continue on 105 West to North Troy. Pick up 243N to the Canadian border. Proceed to Highwater, take first left onto Chemin de la Vallee Missisquoi. After Dunkin is Glen Sutton.
US - From West, South:
Exit Interstate 89 at 104 East (St. Albans). Turn Right off 104E onto 105 East. Progress through Sheldon Springs, Enosburg Falls and Richford. In Richford cross the bridge then almost immediately turn Right at the 'T'. Go North to the Canadian border and continue on Route 139 until you see the turnoff to Abercorn. Go Right and pick up the directions signposting to Glen Sutton.
The Outdoor Lodge is the second building on the right-hand side as you enter the village.

End of Trip: 10:30 a.m. after group transfer arrival at Burlington International Airport; 10:00 a.m. hotel check-out.
Getting to the airport: This program includes a complimentary group transfer, available to all participants from the Lodge in Glen Sutton to the Burlington International Airport (BTV) on the program's scheduled end date.
The shuttle departs the Lodge after breakfast with an approximate arrival at Burlington airport at 10:00 a.m. Please make sure your departure flights are booked no earlier than 11:00 a.m.
Information if you are purchasing your own airfare: This program includes complimentary, airport transfers for all participants to get you from your program. This transfer is available to ALL enrolled participants at no extra charge. Reservations are required. Your registration in the program guarantees your seat on the group transfers. The transfers are only available on the scheduled start/end dates. The Information Packet Road Scholar sends in advance of the program includes details about the transfers.

Please Note: In the unlikely event Road Scholar must make changes to the program's arrival or departure details, we will notify all participants as soon as possible. Participants who have purchased Road Scholar airfare are protected against airline change fees; however, anyone who has not purchased Road Scholar airfare will be required to make their own adjustments and may incur fees imposed by the airline.
