Terrific presentation of the Greek and Mediterranean dishes. Greece, proven for its well known health properties practiced through the ages is getting acknowledge. Perhaps it is the good Volcanic soil, the clean air, or just plain great DNA of a Great Civilization. This is where the Fountain of Youth is... and where Longevity is found.

Like all websites there is so much information to sift through. The pictures of people and places just add to pile of information that needs to be viewed before I find the topic I was looking for.

Visit Greece in an hour and a half but eat before you watch the program because it will make you hungry, in many ways

I watched the Gastrology Zoom today. It was a beautiful depiction of the foods and regions of Greece. Eleni was very knowledgeable and did an incredible job both with pictures and information. I was so happy I signed up for it!

Very informative, great to watch this before an actual trip to Greece...gives you an idea of kinds of foods available and where they came from.
