After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

Please bring your America the Beautiful National Parks and Federal Recreational Lands Pass (senior pass was formerly known as the Golden Age Passport) if you already have one. One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. This form must be completed 14 days prior to your program start date. If we do not receive your submission prior to this deadline, meals will be selected on your behalf by Road Scholar based on any dietary restrictions listed in your Personal Information and Preferences form. Late submissions will not be accepted and meal selections cannot be changed after the 14-day deadline. Thank you for your understanding. Please carefully review the waiver for New Wave Rafting Adventures prior to the start date of the program and reach out if you have any questions or concerns. In order to expedite the check-in process upon arrival to our field trip, all participants will need to complete and sign New Wave's waiver via a link that we will email to you approximately 20 days prior to the program start date.

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.
