This was a unique adventure with my grandson that brought tears to my eyes at times. Patricio is an excellent group leader - funny, organized, knowledgeable, sincere and great with the children.

This was a wonderful program in every way. It was educational and fun for the grandparents and the children. This was my third Road Scholar trip with my granddaughter. They were all great trips, but this was our favorite. The five children bonded amazingly, and I think the grandparents did also. The tour leader, Patricio, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about every aspect and he was wonderful with the kids. My granddaughter was sad to leave, and she will remember this trip fondly for a long time.

I cannot say enough good things about our grandparent trip to Panama. My grandson & I learned so much. It will be a treasured memory for both of us.

This was a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this grandparent and child program. Panama is an undiscovered destination for now. The structure of the program with 3 days in the city, 3 days near the beach, 3 days in the rain forest was educational, active, and fun.

This is an amazing adventure! My 10 year old grand daughter had the time of her life and made many new friends. The guides were amazing, shared so much with us and they were great with the kids. Highlights of this trip include fishing with the locals, and a 40 minute ride in a dug out canoe up a river to visit a village. Highly recommend you take your grandchild on this amazing, exciting, adventure.

Really an excellent trip! Good very knowledgeable leaders. Our group was 16 (8 grands, 8 kids who happened to all be 11-15, good ages and they meshed really well). Something for all ages: biking, museums, snorkeling, Canal trip (!), swimming pool at every hotel, fishing, school visits, remote indigenous village visit, soccer with locals, conservation activities. This is a very new RS offering. Go now to what my grandson called “raw Panama”, it may be too touristy a few years hence. Some of our activities still at this juncture were rare experiences. Hint: Take long pants for a school visit with strict dress code.

We just completed the Road Scholar Trip to Panama with Your Grandchild and I can't say enough good about the experience. All around, this is the best deal you can get....you learn, you eat, you play, you see the world in a different way. My granddaughter shares her favorite memories with us when ever we get to spend time together. Our guides worked hard to make sure that we had a true Panamanian experience, and that we were able to experience the many wonders of this country.
