Get into the mind of an architectural genius, Frank Lloyd Wright, with this excellent, educational program.

This was my first experience with R.S. but will not be my last. I booked it at the recommendation of friends who have traveled with R.S. numerous times. I felt as though I had a graduate course on Frank Lloyd Wright with no tuition!. Betty in Pittsburgh

The Road Scholar Frank Lloyd Wright Program is an amazing experience and not only educational, but fun! The presentations and tours of the churches, houses, business and civic facilities were exceptional. The accommodations, restaurants, and Chicago walking and river tours made for an additional caveat of the program's enrichment experience. The tour leaders were well organized, supportive and the professional presentations were all excellent and added so much depth to my understanding of the history, scope of Frank Lloyd Wright's architecture as well as his personal life and legacy with the establishment of the FrankLloyd Wright Architecture School.

This was my first experience with a Road Scholar program. I have many friends who have been on Road Scholar and even Elderhostel trips in the past a all unanimously praised these programs and I was not disappointed. Hear hear!!!!

Getting to know the person and genius of Frank Lloyd Wright is the goal of this program. I believe this objective was met. If you are a devotee of FLW or would just like to experience his work at a deeper level, then this program is for you.

Everything you wanted to know and see about Frank Lloyd Wright. Excellent guides and field trips.

This was a fine trip and a good value for the money with the following reservations: 1. The bus used in Chicago broke down twice. 2. The visit to Monona Terrace was too long by half. 3. The use of electronic whispers was useful outside in urban settings but was otherwise an irritant and a time-waster. 4. The hotel in Madison was of poor quality: noisy, with trash on the stairs. The last dinner in Madison was also of poor quality.

Do NOT take a program out of Chicago that is handled by the JCC!!! Poor leaders and coordination

My first Road Scholar trip was wonderfully educational and full of fabulous people. The days were planned fully with excursions superior to any I could have planned myself and the restaurants were iconic for the locations. But just as important were the mature, well-educated participants. I’ve never traveled with a group that I enjoyed this much. I can see why people keep returning to the organization again and again.

A great program not just for learning about Frank Lloyd Wright but also about Chicago and nearby parts of the Midwest. An added bonus: the Wisconsin countryside is gorgeous.

The number of FLW buildings visited and the guides' depth of knowledge about Frank Lloyd Wright and his buildings made the program quite valuable.
