The Wizarding World of Harry Potter With Your Grandchild
After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
Important Information: We must have all signed participant information forms and online PIP forms before the start of the program. This is required for adult and child. Parental Consent Forms MUST also be completed in order for a child to be permitted to participate on the program. Please complete and return the attached High Soccer Arena Waiver at the end of this packet to participate in our Quidditch clinic. This must be signed by a parent or guardian for participating children. Please email completed waivers to programadmin@roadscholar.org no less than five weeks prior to the start of the program. One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, there is an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. In preparation for the program, we also ask that each grandchild (with help from you or a parent/guardian) complete and return our "Sorting Hat Quiz" which will be used to assign them to one of the four legendary Hogwarts houses: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin. The quiz is an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link for this form can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. Please have your grandchild complete the "Sorting Hat Quiz" no later than two weeks before the program start date. Will take about 5 min. House assignments will be revealed during our Sorting Ceremony on the first evening of your program and will be used throughout the week for activities. *Please note that your grandchild may be assigned to a house that would not be their preference as we try to keep the houses with even numbers.*
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.
Arrival day is on Sunday, June 13, 2027.

From Interstate 4 East (Tampa) to Universal's Stella Nova Resort
From Tampa get onto I-4 East and continue for 64 miles. Then use the right lane to take exit 72 for FL-528 E toward Int'l Airport/Cape Canaveral. Continue onto FL-528 E (signs for International Dr/Universal Blvd/Orangewood Blvd) for 2 miles. Then use the right 2 lanes to take exit 2 toward Universal Blvd. Continue onto Orangewood Blvd and keep left to continue on as it turns into Universal Blvd. After 1 mile, turn right onto S Kirkman Rd. In .3 miles, turn right onto Epic Blvd. Then in .2 miles take your next right into the driveway leading up to Universal's Stella Nova Resort.
From the Orlando Airport (MCO) to Universal's Stella Nova Resort
Get on FL-528 W/FL-528 Toll W. Follow FL-528 W/FL-528 Toll W to Universal Blvd. Take exit 2 from FL-528 W/FL-528 Toll W. Merge onto FL-528 W/FL-528 Toll W. Continue on Universal Blvd. Turn right onto S Kirkman Rd. Turn right onto Epic Blvd. Turn right and pull into Stella Nova Resort at 4500 Epic Blvd, Orlando, FL 32819.
From Interstate 4 West (Orlando) to Universal's Stella Nova Resort
From Orlando, get onto 1-4 West. Follow I-4 W for 38 miles, then take exit 75 B-A to merge onto FL-435 S/S Kirkman Road Toward International Drive. After a mile, keep right to continue on FL-435 S/S Kirkman Road. Then in .1 mile use the left 3 lanes to turn slightly left onto S Kirkman Rd. In 1.7 miles make a U-turn at Universal Blvd. Make your next right onto Epic Blvd. Then in .2 miles take your next right into the driveway leading up to Universal's Stella Nova Resort.
From I-95 North (West Palm Beach) and Florida's Turnpike to Universal's Stella Nova Resort
From West Palm Beach, get onto I-95 North. In 17 miles take exit 87B to merge onto FL-706 W toward Okeechobee. In 1 mile turn right, then use the left lane to take the Florida's Turnpike N ramp to Orlando. Stay on Florida's Tpke for 139 miles, then take exit 254 to merge onto US-17 S/US-441 S/US-92 W toward FL-528 W. In 1 mile turn right onto Consulate Dr, then use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto the ramp to FL-528 W. After 2 miles, take exit 2 for Universal Blvd. After 1 mile turn right onto S Kirkman Blvd. Then take the next right onto Epic Blvd. Finally, take he next right to turn into the driveway leading up to Universal's Stella Nova Resort.
From I-75 South (Gainesville) and Florida's Turnpike to Universal's Stella Nova Resort
From Gainesville, get onto I-75 South. In 46 miles keep left to continue onto Florida's Tpke. Stay on Florida's Tpke for 49 miles, then use the right 2 lanes to take exit 259 for I-4 toward Tampa/Daytona Beach. In one mile use the left 2 lanes to merge onto I-4 W via the ramp to Tampa. After 1 mile, use the the right 2 lanes to take exit 75B-A to merge onto FL-435 S/S Kirkman Rd toward International Dr. Stay on FL-435 S/S Kirkman Rd for 1 mile and then keep right to continue on FL- 435 S. After .1 mile use the left 3 lanes to turn slightly left onto S Kirkman Rd. In .4 miles take a slight turn to merge onto Epic Blvd. Once on Epic Blvd, take the next right to turn into the driveway leading up to Universal's Stella Nova Resort.
