The Wizarding World of Harry Potter With Your Grandchild
After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
Important Information: We must have all signed participant information forms and online PIP forms before the start of the program. This is required for adult and child. Parental Consent Forms MUST also be completed in order for a child to be permitted to participate on the program. Please complete and return the attached High Soccer Arena Waiver at the end of this packet to participate in our Quidditch clinic. This must be signed by a parent or guardian for participating children. Please email completed waivers to programadmin@roadscholar.org no less than five weeks prior to the start of the program. One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, there is an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. In preparation for the program, we also ask that each grandchild (with help from you or a parent/guardian) complete and return our "Sorting Hat Quiz" which will be used to assign them to one of the four legendary Hogwarts houses: Gryffindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin. The quiz is an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link for this form can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. Please have your grandchild complete the "Sorting Hat Quiz" no later than two weeks before the program start date. Will take about 5 min. House assignments will be revealed during our Sorting Ceremony on the first evening of your program and will be used throughout the week for activities. *Please note that your grandchild may be assigned to a house that would not be their preference as we try to keep the houses with even numbers.*
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.
Arrival day is on Sunday, August 2, 2026.

Use the left lane to turn left at the 1st cross street onto Turkey Lake Rd. In 0.3 mi make a U-turn to cross road divider. Hotel will be immediately on the right.
From Interstate 4 West (Tampa)
Follow I-4 to exit 74B.Continue onto Adventure Way 0.2 mi. Turn left onto Hollywood Way. Use the left lane to turn left at the 1st cross street onto Turkey Lake Rd. In 0.3 mi make a U-turn to cross road divider. Hotel will be immediately on the right.
From Interstate 4 East (Orlando)
Follow I-4 to exit 74A for FL-482/Sand Lake Rd toward International Dr. Exit left onto FL-482 W/W Sand Lake Rd, proceed 0.3 miles. Turn right onto Turkey Lake Rd. Hotel will be 1 mile down on the right.

Exit the airport to FL-528 W and take exit 4 for Florida's Turnpike. Keep right, following signs for Florida's Turnpike N and merge onto the FL Turnpike. Take exit 259 to merge onto I-4 W toward Tampa. Take exit 74B. Continue onto Adventure Way 0.2 mi. Turn left onto Hollywood Way.
