Vehicles used for entirety of the program will be available for transport from the airport to lodgings. Reservations secured by enrolling in “Roundtrip Airport Transfer” option (Accommodation 1). Program vehicles will arrive at the airport at 2:00 p.m. and depart at 2:30 p.m. on Day One of the program. If you would like to be picked up at the airport by the program vehicle, you need to make your plane reservations accordingly. You must enroll in “Roundtrip Airport Transfer” option (Accommodation 1) to secure reservation for transfers to and from the program location. For those flights not arriving in time for scheduled departure, car rentals available at airport or call Cody Cab (307) 272-8364 for information and rates (at least three days advance reservations required) or Cody Shuttle (307) 527-6789 for information and rates (advance reservations required).

From Cody WY

Leave Cody on WY Hwy 120 W. At 18 miles, turn left onto WY Hwy 296, also called the Chief Joseph Hwy. Travel 40 miles, 1 mile past the Clarks Fork Bridge; ranch driveway is on your left. If you come to the US Forest Service Hunter Peak Campground, you’ve gone ½ mile too far. Driving time: 1 hour, 10 minutes.

From Yellowstone Park NE Entrance

Leave the park on US Hwy 212 E, also called the Beartooth Hwy. At 18 miles, turn right onto WY Hwy 296, also called the Chief Joseph Hwy. Travel 5 miles, ½ mile past the US Forest Service Campground; ranch driveway is on your right. If you come to the Clarks Fork Bridge, you’ve gone 1 mile too far. Driving time: 35 minutes.

From Red Lodge MT

Leave Red Lodge on US Hwy 212 W, also called the Beartooth Hwy. At 50 miles, turn left onto WY Hwy 296, also called the Chief Joseph Hwy. Travel 5 miles, ½ mile past the US Forest Service Hunter Peak Campground; ranch driveway is on your right. If you come to the Clarks Fork Bridge, you’ve gone 1 mile too far. Driving time: 1 hour, 10 minutes.
