After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
Oregon River Experiences LLC, the program provider, is required by its insurance carrier to obtain signed liability release waivers from all participants. All participants must sign a waiver in order to participate in the program. That waiver will be included in the preparatory material participants will receive after enrolling in the program, and it must be returned prior to the program's commencement.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
Bee sting kit is recommended for those highly allergic to bee sting. (Remote location means medical assistance is some distance away.)

A shuttle from the Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport to the Galice Resort (which is our program's meeting place) will be available. The shuttle will depart from the airport at 3:30 PM on day one of the program. Return shuttle to the airport is also available, and will depart from Galice at approximately 10:30 AM on the sixth day, immediately after the program has concluded. Cost of round trip shuttle is included in program tuition. You must request pickup - a minimum of 10 days in advance - by calling O.R.E. at 503-563-1500.

We will meet at 4:00 PM at the Galice Resort in Galice, Oregon. Look for us in front of the cafe or ask the staff at the Galice resort for assistance. Galice is roughly 400 miles north of San Francisco, California, and 250 miles south of Portland, Oregon. To get to Galice, take Interstate 5 to the Merlin exit (exit # 61), five miles north of Grants Pass, then follow the signs to Merlin. This will put you on the main road, which passes through Merlin and continues to Galice, about 15 miles west of I-5. Look for a small store and cafe on your right in the middle of the (very) small town of Galice. The address is 11744 Galice Rd, Merlin, Oregon 97532 Contact O.R.E. if you are interested in carpooling.
