Personal Information and Preferences

After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

When we visit our non-profit community partners as part of a Road Scholar program, all participants generally are required to sign waivers of liability. These waivers can be found in your online account and must be returned to Pacific Islands Institute prior to the program's commencement. Please send the completed waivers by email to info@pac-island.com , by mail to 1144 10th Avenue, Suite 301, Honolulu, HI 96816, or by fax to 808-732-9555. Valid REAL I.D. for adults is required for inter-island flights, along with any required travel documents.

Visas

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Traveling by Air

If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

1. Head south on Kaanapali Pkwy toward Nohea Kai Dr. 2. Turn right onto HI-30 E/Honoapiilani Hwy and travel 7 miles. 3. Slight right to continue on HI-30 HI-30 E/Honoapiilani Hwy and travel 12 miles 4. Turn right onto HI-380 towards Kahului and travel 6 miles. 5. Continue on Mayor Elmer F. Cravalho Way 5.
