Hike, Paddle & Float: Outdoor Adventures in the Grand Tetons

After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

A Teton Science Schools adult medical information form and participant agreement are required to be signed by all participants and sent to Teton Science Schools three weeks prior to the program start. Forms will be emailed to all participants prior to the program start date. Please follow the link(s) provided within that email to complete and submit the required documents. In addition, a Barker-Ewing Float Trip risk release waiver is also required to participate in the scenic float trip. Please read the form attached - it will be signed in person.

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Arrival day is on Sunday, August 30, 2026.

Start of Trip:  3:00 – 5:00 p.m. Campus Check-in & Program Registration; 5:30 p.m. Welcome Dinner and Orientation.

Your trip ends on: Friday, September 4, 2026 in Jackson Hole, WY at Jackson Campus of Teton Science Schools - shared bath   (or   whichever lodging you choose).

End of Trip: 12:00 p.m. at the National Museum of Wildlife Art; 9:30 a.m. check-out.
