If Road Scholar is arranging your air travel to and from the program, and you travel on the scheduled start and end dates, you’ll receive free round-trip transfers from the airport to the hotel.

Start of Trip:  3:00 p.m. hotel check-in; 5:00 p.m. Program Registration; 6:30 p.m. Welcome Dinner; 7:30 p.m. Orientation.

Please note that the first and last hotel in Deer Lake does provide complimentary shuttle services to and from The Deer Lake Regional Airport (YDF) to your hotel between the local hours of 11:00pm and 7:00am on a first-come, first serve basis. There is a kiosk in the terminal and direct line that you can also use to arrange ground transportation.
