After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. On the Participant Information and Preference Form, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/travel companion. Also let us know if you are traveling with other individuals and wish to be assigned a room near them. When completing the Participant Information Form, please note if you have any difficulty in climbing stairs as there are no elevators at Yosemite Valley Lodge. Photo ID
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Ride share can be easier than the hotel shuttle. You must have the application downloaded on your phone to be able to use the service. Pick-up is on the departure level. Ride share can be easier than the hotel shuttle. You must have Uber, Lyft, and/or Wingz downloaded to your phone in order to request a ride. As of 2019, ride share pickup is on Level 5 of the airport's Domestic Garage, which is split into several zones. Your ride share app will direct you to a zone depending on your arrival terminal. Those arriving from outside of the country will be picked up curbside outside of the international terminal at the departures / ticketing level center island. Ride-App pick/up/drop off zones 14-17.
