The Best of Yosemite National Park: An American Icon

After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

One or more of the meals on your program must be pre-selected. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. This form must be completed 14 days prior to your program start date. If we do not receive your submission prior to this deadline, meals will be selected on your behalf by Road Scholar based on any dietary restrictions listed in your Personal Information and Preferences form. Late submissions will not be accepted and meal selections cannot be changed after the 14-day deadline. Thank you for your understanding. On the Participant Information and Preference Form, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/travel companion. Also let us know if you are traveling with other individuals and wish to be assigned a room near them. When completing the Participant Information Form, please note if you have any difficulty in climbing stairs as there are no elevators at Yosemite Valley Lodge. Photo ID

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.
