You must have Uber, Lyft, and/or Wingz downloaded to your phone in order to request a ride. As of 2019, ride share pickup is on Level 5 of the airport's Domestic Garage, which is split into several zones. Your ride share app will direct you to a zone depending on your arrival terminal. Those arriving from outside of the country will be picked up curbside outside of the international terminal at the departures / ticketing level center island. Ride-App pick/up/drop off zones 14-17. Uber/Lyft pick-up is located on Level 5 of the Domestic Garage: Terminal 1 – A/B & B Terminal 2 – C & D Terminal 3 – E, F & F/G Wingz pick-up is located at the Departures level of the Domestic Terminals: Terminal 1, Door 4 Terminal 2, Door 4 and 5 Terminal 3, Door 11 and 12

If you are driving and wish to park your car at the hotel for the duration of the program, the DoubleTree by Hilton SFO North provides parking: $31 per vehicle, per night purchased online via QR code found in the parking lot or at the front desk.

From Oakland to DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport North via San Mateo Bridge

Take I-880 S to CA-92 W towards San Mateo/Half Moon Bay/San Mateo Bridge (toll). Merge onto US-101 N and take the Sierra Point Parkway/Marina Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Sierra Point Parkway, and right on Shoreline Court. The hotel is on the right.

From 101 Northbound to DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport North

Take US-101 N to the Sierra Point Parkway/Marina Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Sierra Point Parkway, and right on Shoreline Court. The hotel is on the right.

From 101 Southbound to DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport North

Take US-101 S to the Sierra Point Parkway exit. Turn left onto Sierra Point Parkway and continue for 1.25 miles. After you go under the freeway, turn right at stop sign onto Shoreline Court. The hotel is on the right.

From San Francisco Airport to DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport North

Take US-101 N about 5 miles. Take the Sierra Point Parkway/Marina Boulevard exit. Turn right onto Sierra Point Parkway, and right on Shoreline Court. The hotel is on the right.

From Oakland to DoubleTree by Hilton San Francisco Airport North via Bay Bridge

Take I-880 N to I-80 W towards San Francisco/Bay Bridge (toll). Merge onto US-101 S and take the Sierra Point Parkway exit. Turn left onto Sierra Point Parkway and continue for 1.25 miles. After you go under the freeway, turn right at stop sign onto Shoreline Court. The hotel is on the right.
