After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
On the Participant Information and Preferences Form, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/travel companion. Also, let us know if you are traveling with other individuals and wish to be assigned a room near them. In order to be prepared for your upcoming program, we need to collect a meal selection in advance. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 5 minutes to complete. Photo ID
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

From there, cross the street at the crosswalk, turn right, walk down to the green park on the left, and turn left to walk to the hotel. The hotel will be on the left.
