After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.

Blue Bell Stables, Regency CSP Ventures, L.P., is the entity that will provide the Horseback Trail Ride and Chuckwagon experience during this program. The insurance carrier requires that we obtain signed liability release waivers from all program participants. Participants must sign these liability waivers before participating in the activities. Participants must sign these waivers even if they won't be participating in the activities. The waiver must be signed to be on the property. This waiver will be included in the program preparatory materials participants will receive after enrolling and must be returned before the program’s commencement. CNC TRAMWAY, INC. d/b/a Tramway Adventure, the entity that will provide the Tramway Slide experience during this program, is required by its insurance carrier to obtain a signed liability release waiver from all program participants. Participants must sign the Tramway Adventure liability waiver before participating in the slide activity. Participants must sign this waiver even if they won't be participating in the activity. The waiver must be signed to be on the property. This waiver will be included in the program preparatory materials participants will receive after enrolling and must be returned before the program’s commencement. Mineral Exploration Lease, the entity that will provide the Gold Panning experience during this program, is required by its insurance carrier to obtain a signed liability release waiver from all program participants. Participants must sign the liability waiver before participating in the activity. Participants must sign this waiver even if they won't be participating in the activity. The waiver must be signed to be on the property. This waiver will be included in the program preparatory materials participants will receive after enrolling and must be returned before the program’s commencement.

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

A signed Parental Consent form is required for this program. The form must be signed by both parent(s)/legal guardian(s) of the child participating in the program and returned to the program provider prior to the start of the program. You will receive the form as part of your program information packet. You will also be able to access the form through your online account.
