After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
NW Discoveries, the program provider, is required by its insurance carrier to obtain a signed liability release waiver from all program participants. Participants must sign NW Discoveries liability waiver prior to participating in this program. This waiver is included in the program preparatory materials participants will receive after enrolling in the program and must be signed and returned prior to the program’s commencement. Participants also need to complete and return “Provider (NW Discoveries) Info. form” which provides additional information to NW Discoveries to ensure that everything is ready for the program. These forms can be found in the yellow page section (front & back) of your “Information package” or “Other forms” link on your web account under this particular program.
United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

Only ONE shuttle by RS provider. Pickup day problems call 503-563-1500. At pickup time a large van, unmarked with big black roof rack will arrive. Reserve: mark “Yes” on shuttle section of “Provider (NW Discoveries) info. form” attachment (yellow page) in your RS info. packet. Shuttle has plenty of room if reserved > 2 weeks prior. Pickup: Shuttle riders gather by 2pm Sunday at Portland Airport’s airline ticket counter/departure floor. Meet at the south end of the airport inside. A staff member will come inside and meet the group. The airline ticket counter floor/departures is one level above the baggage claim level – proceed back up the escalator after claiming any checked luggage

There is typically an airport representative on island 3 to assist you find a shuttle/taxi.
