ECCO offers a shuttle service on the arrival and departure days of your program. The shuttle will pick up at 1:00 p.m. and again at 3:30 p.m. on the arrival day and depart ECCO at 9:30 a.m. and again at 1 p.m. on the departure day (the shuttle departs directly from Hume Lake for the National Park programs at 9 a.m.), the shuttle trip is roughly 1.5 hour. Please note that the 1 p.m. shuttle will arrive at ECCO 1-1.5 hours prior to check-in, participants are welcome to relax, enjoy a hot/cold beverage, read a book or explore ECCO before registration. Reservations are required for the ECCO shuttle, we ask that reservations are made at least two weeks in advance. Our shuttle will also pick-up & drop-off from the following airport hotels & stations: Best Western Plus, Hampton Inn, Fairfield Inn & Suites, Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Wyndham Garden Inn, Piccadilly Inn, Quality Inn, Greyhound Bus/Amtrak

From Fresno Yosemite International Airport

BE AWARE THAT GPS AND ONLINE MAPS WILL USUALLY SEND YOU DOWN THE WRONG DRIVEWAY. FOLLOW THESE DIRECTIONS PLEASE. From FYI turn left on Clinton Avenue. Continue onto N Peach Avenue. Merge right on to CA-180 West. Merge onto Hwy 41 North (toward Yosemite). Stay on Hwy 41 for approximately 45 miles. You will drop down into a valley where the town of Oakhurst is located. Continue on HWY 41 past the town of Oakhurst for approximately 4 miles. Turn right at the St. Raphael's Church parking lot/Cain Drive just after passing Road 632 off of HWY 41. Continue on Cain Drive for one mile through a small retirement community; the driveway ends at ECCO.

From Southern California:

BE AWARE THAT GPS AND ONLINE MAPS OFTEN LEAD YOU DOWN THE WRONG DRIVEWAY FOR ECCO. PLEASE USE THESE DIRECTIONS. Take Interstate 5 North to Hwy 99. Take Hwy 99 North toward Fresno (132.4 mi). In Fresno, take Hwy 41 North toward Yosemite (47.4 mi). ECCO is approximately 1 hour from Fresno. On Hwy 41, you will go up into the Sierra foothills and then drop down into the valley where Oakhurst is located. Although you will stay on Hwy 41, your first landmark will be the traffic signal at Hwy 41 and Hwy 49 in Oakhurst. Continue on Hwy 41 past the town of Oakhurst for approximately 4 miles. Turn right at the St. Raphael's Church parking lot/Cain Drive just after passing Road 632 off of Hwy 41. Continue on Cain Drive for one mile through a small retirement community; the driveway ends at ECCO.

From Northern California

BE AWARE THAT GPS AND ONLINE MAPS OFTEN LEAD YOU DOWN THE WRONG DRIVEWAY. PLEASE REFER TO THESE DIRECTIONS. Take Hwy 99 south. Exit on Hwy 140 east toward Yosemite/Mariposa (35.7 mi). Sharp right at the intersection onto Hwy 49, continue to Oakhust (26.2 mi). Turn left on Hwy 41 at second stop light. ECCO is 4 miles north of the intersection of Hwy 41 & Hwy 49. Stay on Hwy 41 approximately 4 miles north of Oakhurst. Turn right at the St. Raphael's Church parking lot/Cain Drive just after passing Road 632 off of HWY 41. Continue on Cain Drive for one mile through a small retirement community; the driveway ends at ECCO.

Eastern Sierra via Tioga Road

(Note: Tioga Road is closed from the first snowfall in November through May or June--if you travel close to those dates, call 209/372-0200 for up-to-the-minute road conditions.) From Hwy 395 take Hwy 120 westbound (57.6 mi). You will travel through some of the most beautiful parts of Yosemite, dropping down into Yosemite Valley. Watch the signs for Hwy 41 southbound. Take Hwy 41 southbound toward Oakhurst (38 mi total). (It will be 1 to 1-1/2 hours’ driving time from Yosemite Valley.) After exiting the park’s south gate, travel approximately 12 miles. ECCO will be on the left, soon after the turn to Cedar Valley Road. If you pass Road 632, you have gone too far. Watch carefully because the signs are a little hard to see from this direction. Keep an eye out for the St. Raphael's sign, since we share a parking lot with them. Turn left into the St. Raphael's parking lot/Cain Drive. Continue on Cain Drive for one mile through a small retirement community, the driveway ends at ECCO.

From Yosemite Valley

BE AWARE THAT GPS AND ONLINE MAPS OFTEN LEAD DOWN THE WRONG DRIVEWAY TO ECCO. PLEASE REFER TO THESE DIRECTIONS. ECCO is approximate 1-1/2 hours from Yosemite Valley. Take Hwy 41 southbound toward Oakhurst (38 mi total). (It will be 1 to 1-1/2 hours’ driving time from Yosemite Valley.) After exiting the park’s south gate, travel approximately 12 miles. ECCO will be on the left, soon after the turn to Cedar Valley Road. If you pass Road 632, you have gone too far. Watch carefully because the signs are a little hard to see from this direction. Keep an eye out for the St. Raphael's Church sign, since we share a parking lot with them. Turn left into the St. Raphael's Church parking lot/Cain Drive. From San Francisco Airport

Use the 2nd from the right lane to take exit 356 for 10th St/CA-152 E, Use the left 2 lanes to turn sharply left onto CA-152 E/E 10th St/E Pacheco Pass Rd. Stay on 152 East until it merges southbound with Hwy 99 (89.3 mi). Take Hwy 99 South to exit 155/Cleveland Ave (10 mi). At the end of the off-ramp, turn left onto Ave 15 1/2 W Cleveland Ave (signs for Millerton Lake). Continue to follow W Cleveland Ave; turn right to stay on W Cleveland Ave. (1.7 mi). Continue onto Tozer St. Turn left onto CA-145 N/E Yosemite Ave. Continue on CA-145 (14.4 mi) to Hwy 41 North. Turn left on Hwy 41 North toward Yosemite (30.3 mi) Once you drop down into Oakhurst, ECCO is 4 miles north of the intersection of Hwy 41 & Hwy 49 on Hwy 41. Stay on Hwy 41 approximately 4 miles north of Oakhurst. Turn right at the St. Raphael's Church parking lot/Cain Drive just after passing Road 632 off of Hwy 41. Continue on Cain Drive for one mile through a small retirement community; the driveway ends at ECCO.
