Uber & Lyft are available in Las Vegas. Download the app to your phone and request pick-up through phone app. Price varies on number of riders but is generally cheaper than taxicab. Ride Share Pick up from Terminal 1 The Ride Share pick up is located on level 2 of the parking garage. • From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #2 up to level 2. • Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 2 to the Terminal 1 Parking Garage. Ride Share Pick up from Terminal 3 The Ride Share pick up is located on the Valet level of the Terminal 3 parking garage. • From Baggage Claim, take the elevator near door #52, #54 or #56 up to level 1. • Cross the pedestrian bridge on level 1 to the Terminal 3 Parking Garage.

After picking up your luggage call Hilton Garden Inn at (702) 453-7830 then select "0" and you'll be connected to the front desk. Let them know which terminal you are in and they'll give you an estimated pick up time. Hilton Garden Inn's shuttle operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. From Terminal 1, go to Zero Level and exit to hotel shuttle stop. From Terminal 3, exit door 53 from baggage claim, walk across two lanes to the hotel shuttle stop located near the parking deck.

Road Scholar transportation takes participants to Las Vegas Harry Reid Intl airport, with a planned arrival time by or before 11:30 AM. We recommend making flight reservations after 1:30 PM. After dropping departing passengers there, the next stop is the starting hotel, where those who drove to the program will pick up their cars.

Parking available for the length of the program at the Las Vegas hotel.

The hotel is located on the left hand side of Las Vegas Blvd. between Warm Springs and Blue Diamond. From I-15 North: Exit Blue Diamond (Exit 33) turn right (East) at top of off-ramp. Drive forward to Las Vegas Blvd. and make a left. The hotel is located on the right hand side between Blue Diamond and Warm Springs. From Las Vegas Strip: Travel South on Las Vegas Blvd. We are approximately 2.5 miles south of Mandalay Bay Resort. Hotel is on the left hand side between Warm Springs and Blue Diamond. From Downtown: I-15 South to Blue Diamond (Exit 33.) Turn left onto Blue Diamond. At Las Vegas Blvd. make a left. The hotel is located on the right hand side between Blue Diamond and Warm Springs.
