Personal Information and Preferences
After you enroll, we’ll ask you to provide or update your personal information and preferences, which includes your health information, lodging and meal preferences for your program.
When you update your personal information and preferences, please indicate to us the name of your roommate/travel companion(s). If you identify your roommate/travel companion(s) to us in advance, we will be able to assign everyone to the same group. Photo ID In order to be prepared for your upcoming program, we need to collect some additional information. For your convenience, we have created an online form that can be filled out on any mobile device or computer. The link can be found in the Recommended Websites section of your pre-program information packet. We expect it will take less than 10 minutes to complete. At the bottom of the form there is a submit button. After submitting your form, you will have the opportunity to “submit another response” if you are traveling with someone in the same household. Please complete by Friday, December 6th. Float Decorating Waiver: One of the highlights of this program involves using your very own hands in the float decorating process. As part of your involvement, some of the float builders may ask that you sign a liability waiver before you begin work on their floats. These forms are specific to the float decorating location you will be assigned. Float decorating locations are assigned just prior to your arrival to the program, therefore, the waivers will not be included in the preparatory materials. Rather, these forms will be available to you during your program orientation or upon arrival at the float decorating site. If you would like to read the form ahead of time, please contact the Road Scholar office by emailing rswestprograms@roadscholar.org. We will do our best to provide you with the most current information available.

United States citizens don’t need a visa for any of the countries you’ll be visiting. Non-U.S. citizens should refer to their country's requirements to ensure they have the necessary documentation for travel.

From I-5 N/San Diego FWY, use the right 3 lanes to take exit 85A for CA-73 N toward Long Beach. Continue onto CA-73 N. Keep left at the fork. Merge onto I-405. Merge onto I-405 N. Use the right 2 lanes to merge onto I-110 N toward Los Angeles. Continue onto CA-110. Use the right lane to take the 4th St.3rd St/6th St exit toward Downtown. From 101 Ventura Freeway North/West to Hilton Woodland Hills
